We have decided that while we are on the road we want to keep our life as simple as possible. But getting it simpler hasn't been a simple task.
Our decision was to rent a 10' X 10' storage locker and keep the bare minimum.
So we purged.
And purged again.
And still purged again.
Photos and documents were scanned so the originals could be disposed of.
There were a lot of trips to the liquor store, Costco and the grocery store to get boxes, boxes and more boxes.
Furniture and other items went up on Facebook Marketplace.
A lot of trips were made to the Salvation Army.
Movers were booked to take whatever was left over to a consignment store.
And with a few bumps along the way we emptied our home and handed over the keys to the new owner on April 15th, 2022.
We are now OFFICIALLY:
"Linda and John of No Fixed Address".

How brave!
It’s amazing how long the purging process can take! So where is your first stop on your travel journey?
Good luck and you are already missed.
I am in week 5 of a home remodel and we have moved furniture and packed boxes to a storage POD on the driveway. We purged some things while packing and plan to purge again when we unpack boxes. I am the pack rat like my dad. I am the one who is struggling. Goodwill is close by and that helps.
