Being on the tip of the island there is a stunning coastline to walk and explore.
Boats can head out to sea to look for marine life.
There are an abundance of hiking and biking trails to keep fit.
There is just so much to love about Vancouver Island.
We love to walk along the shore.
There are always changes and something to see.
Don't laugh, but I could see myself getting a metal detector and beach combing. I am sure I could amuse myself for hours at a time. I would probably have heart palpations when the beeper goes off. My luck it would be for a metal bottle top. But it would still be fun.
There are a lot of hiking trails requiring various levels of fitness.
I can see electric bikes could be in our future for some of the more rugged biking trails with steeper vertical inclines.
On low power, just for assist, of course.
The weather is conducive to beautiful gardens.
It could be a great place to call home....
...when we're ready to be responsible adults again.
