When opportunity knocks, I always believe it is important to open the door to check it out.
Sometimes it opens to a big fat nothing. And other times, you hit a home run.
When my Turkish girlfriend Emine asked if we wanted to join her for a week sailing on Turkiye's turquoise coast, it was an opportunity that hit a home run!
The coast is beautiful with warm clear turquoise water and curious goats on land checking us out.
There are peninsulas for Emine to get us out hiking and exploring.
Bays to relax in.
Archeological ruins to explore.
Time to contemplate life.
Time to read books.
Food to eat and beverages to drink with old and new friends.
Beautiful sunrises.
Stunning sunsets.
Definitely a highlight!
